"What should I do with my life?" was a big hit in my diary.
Along with "where do I go from here?"
Toys and adventure the life of my childhood.
Now comes the reality slap.
How will I make a living? How will I live?
As each day comes, the mystery is still unsolved.
Hoping for this day to never come, the day to stand on my own two feet.
Time for independence.
Mummy and daddy will not be here to pick me up and kiss it better.
Nor will they be here to reassure me that things will be ok.
A grown up child now wishing for a time warp.
Back to the days of trips to Toys R Us and Hubbards Hills.
Back to the 90s where I belong.
Back to when the only decisions I had to make were chocolate or lollipops.
